【期刊看点】延伸阅读｜心血管病患者家庭照顾者角色紧张及干预措施的研究进展

文章基于心血管病患者家庭照顾者角度出发，对照顾者角色紧张的研究现状及干预措施进行归纳总结。

国内现有的针对心血管病家庭照顾者角色紧张的干预措施研究较为稀缺，且干预方法较为集中。国外的干预研究较为丰富多样。综合国内外现有研究的干预措施，总结为三类：①基于理论、工具、模型的居家干预；②以互联网、电话、app为媒介的远程干预；③医院-社区-家庭联动干预。代表性干预措施文献的基本信息，见表1。

注：①RCT（Randomized Controlled Trial）：随机对照试验；②MYWK（Making Your Wishes Known）：愿望众所周知，是一种澄清患者的价值观，目标和偏好的医疗工具；③ZBI（Zarit Burden Interview）：照顾者负担量表；④CSI（Caregiver Strain Index）：照顾者紧张/压力指数量表；⑤FCTI（Family Caregiver Task Inventory）：照顾者照顾能力测量表；⑥HADS（Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale）：医院焦虑抑郁量表；⑦SF-36：生活质量量表。
