不同级别CRS细胞因子异同

细胞因子释放综合征（Cytokine release syndrome，CRS）在20世纪80年代末首次被描述，在使用抗CD3单克隆抗体治疗移植物排斥反应后，产生全身炎症反应。 CRS经常和细胞因子风暴（cytokine storm）互换使用。但二者略有区别，细胞因子风暴被认为是一个更广泛的术语，描述过度炎症引起的各种疾病。CRS现更多用于各类免疫治疗诱发的细胞因子过度释放引起的综合征。 发生三级以上的CRS，患者呼吸功能和其他器官功能会有明显损伤，是免疫治疗重点管理的治疗相关副作用。
