该蛋白不易表达，采用哺乳动物细胞表达系统表达活性最佳，其他表达系统表达活性低。

（2）Expression vector: pATX2

（3）Expression host: HEK293F

总结：蛋白L（scfv）采用普健高表达pATX系列载体配合公司优化高密度哺乳表达系统Xten293，成功表达，表达量高达31.2mg/L，纯度>90%，经检验，其具有较高活性。
