此前,我们发现作为3D球体培养的鸡LMH细胞系可能是鸡胚胎肝细胞(CEH)的体外化学筛选。在本研究中,测定了暴露于双酚A(BPA)、ffeBPA替代化合物(BPF、TGSH、DD-70、BPAF,BPSIP)和17β雌二醇(E2)后,LMH 3D球状体的细胞毒性和mRNA表达。

Gene expression was determined using three customized chicken PCR arrays: 1) ToxChip, 2) AestroChip, 3) ComboChip.
Principal component analysis of signifcant genes on the ToxChip and AestroChip arrays in A) LMH 3D spheroids and B) CEH following exposure to BPA, BPA replacement compounds (BPF, TGSH, DD-70, BPAF, and BPSIP), and 17β estradiol(E2).
