当今世界，科技犹如动力火车般正在高速叠加式的飞快发展！以“3D打印、新材料、人工智能、机器人、云计算、大数据”等为代表的新兴国际前沿技术正在给我们的生活、工作带来深刻的变化。在第四次科技革命的背景下，现代西方医学和传统东方医学也借助前沿技术不断地创新与发展，同时也进一步促进了中西医的交叉与融合。 由国家卫健委医管中心3D打印医学应用专家委员会指导、上海市医学3D打印技术临床转化工程研究中心和上海骨科创新器械与个性化医学工程技术研究中心联合主办的“国际前沿技术与个性化医疗高峰论坛”已连续成功举办四届，会议以临床需求为引领，深化医工交叉融合与产学研协同发展，促进个性化医疗理念的创新与推广、推动研究成果的转化和产业化，得到了社会各界组织的关注和大力支持。 由佛山市中医院承办的 “第五届国际前沿技术与个性化医疗高峰论坛” 将在 广东省佛山市 隆重召开。本次大会以医工融合、中西医融合、长三角与珠三角融合为特色，希望通过守正创新、融汇中西、拓展视野、探索前沿，共同攀登医疗技术的高峰，一起守护人民的身体健康。 诚挚邀请您莅临岭南文化的发源地、岭南成药之乡、制造业之都——佛山，参加本次盛会！ 美丽佛山欢迎您！恭候您的光临！

At present, new technologies and industrial revolution are developing rapidly worldwide.As the representative technologies of Industry 4.0, 3D printing, new materials, robots, artificial intelligence, cloud computing and big data not only bring great changes to our lives and work, but also promote the further development of modern Western medicine and traditional Oriental medicine, strengthen the integration of Chinese and Western medicine, and inject new impetus into the development of personalized medicine.

The Conference of Advanced and Personalized Medicine has been held for four consecutive sessions, it was jointly sponsored by Shanghai Engineering Research Center of Medical 3D Printing Technology and Clinical Translation and Shanghai Engineering Research Center of Innovative Orthopedic Instruments and Personalized Medicine under the guidance of the National Health Commission. Its aim is to deepen the integration of medicine and industry and the collaborative development of industry, university and research, and promote the innovation and development of personalized medical concept and the transformation and industrialization of research results. It provide a platform for international cooperation between government, research institutions, enterprise and users. It has received great support from various government departments, and is highly recognized by experts and enterprises in the field of additive manufacturing.It has had a great academic and social impact, greatly promoting the development of personalized medicine.

Remain true to our original aspiration and keep pressing ahead, the 5th APM International Conference will be held in Foshan on 10th December 2022. We will launch a campaign with the theme of "Chinese medicine and western medicine work together to build a future community and adhere to truth, innovation, integration and development".We will set up a main forum, four sub forums, and the 5th 3D Printing Creative Design Finals. The forum will be held online and offline. We have invited representatives from a global perspective, doctors, scientists, researchers, end-users, industry, policy makers from several countries and professional backgrounds to exchange ideas, advance knowledge and discuss key issues for advanced and personalized Medicine.

We sincerely invite you to come to Foshan, the birthplace of Lingnan culture, the hometown of Lingnan medicines, and the capital of manufacturing industry, to participate in this grand meeting to learn and exchange together and seek cooperation and development!
