科普丨足底筋膜炎之“运动虽好，请适量”

足底筋膜炎是引起足底、足跟疼痛的最常见诱因之一，每年约有数百万人罹患本病[1]。足底筋膜炎又名赛跑者足跟、足跟疼痛综合征，常见于运动员、长时间站立的体力劳动者、体重指数（BMI）>30 kg/m2的超重者、糖尿病患者和年龄＞40岁的成年人[2-3]。足底筋膜炎的主要临床症状为足跟疼痛，主要发生于晨起下地、停止活动一段时间后走路时，随着活动量增加疼痛可减轻，但连续或剧烈运动后疼痛再次发作[4]。足底筋膜炎可影响患者的运动能力，进而给患者的工作生活、心理健康及社会功能等带来显著影响。
