2017 版《日内瓦宣言》的修订意义
经过本次修改，《宣言》更准确的反映了现代医学对医师伦理提出的挑战和要求。WMA希望修订后的《宣言》能更广泛地得到世界医疗卫生行业的认可和实施，并提高了医师的职业要求，强调了人文关怀。

Adopted by the 2nd General Assembly of the World Medical Association, Geneva, Switzerland, September 1948
and amended by the 22nd World Medical Assembly, Sydney, Australia, August 1968
and the 35th World Medical Assembly, Venice, Italy, October 1983
and the 46th WMA General Assembly, Stockholm, Sweden, September 1994
and editorially revised by the 170th WMA Council Session, Divonne-les-Bains, France, May 2005
and the 173rd WMA Council Session, Divonne-les-Bains, France, May 2006

The Physician’s Pledge
AS A MEMBER OF THE MEDICAL PROFESSION:
I SOLEMNLY PLEDGE to dedicate my life to the service of humanity;
THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF MY PATIENT will be my first consideration;
I WILL RESPECT the autonomy and dignity of my patient;
I WILL MAINTAIN the utmost respect for human life;
I WILL NOT PERMIT considerations of age, disease or disability, creed, ethnic origin, gender, nationality, political affiliation, race, sexual orientation, social standing or any other factor to intervene between my duty and my patient;
I WILL RESPECT the secrets that are confided in me, even after the patient has died;
I WILL PRACTISE my profession with conscience and dignity and in accordance with good medical practice;
I WILL FOSTER the honour and noble traditions of the medical profession;
I WILL GIVE to my teachers, colleagues, and students the respect and gratitude that is their due;
I WILL SHARE my medical knowledge for the benefit of the patient and the advancement of healthcare;
I WILL ATTEND TO my own health, well-being, and abilities in order to provide care of the highest standard;
I WILL NOT USE my medical knowledge to violate human rights and civil liberties, even under threat;
I MAKE THESE PROMISES solemnly, freely, and upon my honour.
日内瓦宣言
2017年10月修订·芝加哥
1948年９月在瑞士日内瓦召开的世界医学会第２届全体大会上首次通过；
1968年８月在澳大利亚悉尼召开的世界医学会第22届全体大会修订；
1983年１０月在意大利威尼斯召开的世界医学会第35届全体大会修订；
1994年９月在瑞典斯德哥尔摩召开的世界医学会第46届全体大会修订；
2005年５月和2006年５月在法国迪沃恩莱班镇分别召开的世界医学会第170届理事会和第173届理事会修订；
2017年10月在美国芝加哥召开的世界医学会第207届全体大会修订。
医师誓言
作为一名进入医疗行业的专业成员，
我郑重宣誓，我将终生奉献于为人类服务；
我将患者的健康和完好作为我的第一要务；
我将尊重患者的自主与尊严；
我将保持对人类生命的最高敬意；
我绝不容许有年龄、疾病或残疾、信仰、民族起源、性别、国籍、政治党派、种族、性取向、社会地位或任何其他因素的考虑，
干扰我对于患者的责任；
我将保守患者向我吐露的秘密，即便患者已经离世；
我将在医疗实践中保持良知和尊严，遵从良好的医学规范；
我将传承医学专业传统的圣洁和荣誉；
我将给予我的师长、同事和学生以应有的尊重和感激；
我将为患者的利益和医疗卫生事业的进步，分享我的医学知识；
我将关注自身健康、完好和能力，以提供最高标准的照护；
即便受到胁迫，也绝不使用我的医学知识侵犯人权和公民自由；
在此，以我的人格，我自愿和庄严地做出这些承诺。
