[8]2015年5月，国立台湾大学Ching-Wei Chen等人发表的题为“The Arabidopsis malectin-like leucine-rich repeat receptor-like kinase IOS1 associates with the pattern recognition receptors FLS2 and EFR and is critical for priming of pattern-triggered immunity”的研究论文被撤回，主要原因是操纵数据，属于学术不端。

[9]2004年3月，康奈尔大学Jason W Lilly等人发表的题为“The Chlamydomonas reinhardtii organellar genomes respond transcriptionally and post-transcriptionally to abiotic stimuli”的研究论文被撤回，主要原因是伪造数据，属于学术不端。
