整个过程持续时间：40秒左右（大概是正常速度哼唱两遍“字母歌”的时间）

Duration of the entire procedure: around 40 seconds （about 2 rounds of The Alphabetical Song at normal pace）

用肥皂清水洗手：适用于绝大部分情况。但如果手上有明显污迹时，请及时选用肥皂清水洗手。

Soap and water: applicable to most situations. However, if hands are visibly soiled, only use soap and water to clean your hands.

口诀：内外加工大礼（内外夹弓大立）

第一步：用水将手淋湿

Step 1：Wet hands with water

第二步：取足够皂液涂满整个手部

Step 2: Apply enough soap to cover all hand surfaces

第三步：双手掌心搓摩

Step 3: Rub hands palm to palm

第四步：右掌心覆盖在左手背，十指交叉揉搓；左手重复上述动作

Step 4: Right palm over left dorsum with interlaced fingers and vice versa

第五步：双手掌心相对，十指交叉

Step 5: Palm to palm with fingers interlaced

第六步：指背迭于另一手掌心，十指相扣

Step 6: Backs of fingers to opposing palms with fingers interlocked

第七步：右手握左手大拇指，旋转搓摩；左手重复上述动作

Step 7: Rotational rubbing of left thumb clasped in right palm and vice versa

第八步：右手五指并拢贴于左掌心，正反方向旋转搓摩；左手重复上述动作

Step 8: Rotational rubbing, backwards and forwards with clasped fingers of right hand in left palm and vice versa

第九步：用水清洗双手

Step 9: Rinse hands with water

第十步：用清洁的一次性纸巾擦干（注：由于毛巾容易滋生细菌，因此不提倡使用毛巾干手）

Step 10: Dry hands thoroughly with disposable paper towels (Note:due to high risk of contamination of cloth hand towels, do not recommend to use cloth hand towels for drying purpose)

如果不是感应式水龙头，请进行第十一步：用使用过的纸巾垫着关掉水龙头

If the faucet does not have a sensor, please proceed to Step 11: Use paper towel to turn off faucet

最终结果：您的双手现在是干净的

Final Step: Your hands are now CLEAN!
