Osteoid osteoma（骨样骨瘤）

Osteoid osteoma is a benign neoplasm of bone that is distinguished from osteoblastoma principally by size: osteoid osteoma is typically 1cm or smaller, while osteoblastoma is typically 2cm or larger. 

骨样骨瘤是骨的良性肿瘤，与骨母细胞瘤主要鉴别点在于病灶大小。典型骨样骨瘤直径大约1cm或更小，而骨母细胞瘤约2cm或更大。

The pain syndrome associated with osteoid osteoma can be highly suggestive, often as night pain relieved by aspirin. A painful scoliosis may develop due to reflexive splinting in the spine. 

疼痛综合征可高度提示骨样骨瘤，常为夜间痛，阿司匹林可以缓解。反射性脊柱夹板的使用可能引起疼痛性脊柱侧弯。

This case demonstrates the classic appearance on CT of an osteoid osteoma. Features include the round shape, the dense, central sclerosis, and the surrounding reactive bone formation. The lucent portion of the lesion consists of fibrovascular tissue but is also mineralized, although less so than the central sclerosis. 

该病例显示了骨样骨瘤在CT上的典型征象。包括：圆形、高密度、中央硬化和外周骨膜反应。病灶的空腔部分由纤维血管组织构成，也会矿化，但矿化程度没有中央硬化那么明显。

Current standard treatment of osteoid osteoma is radiofrequency ablation performed under CT guidance.
