The 6th CN HEALTHCARE SUMMIT - China’s first brand conference on hospital development and health industry will be held from April 25-28, 2018 in Bo’ao of Hainan, right after the highly reputable Bo’ao Asian Forum 2018. We invite you to attend!

In “The Blueprint of Healthy China 2030”, China’s most influential and powerful policy issued in the 21st Century, people’s health has been put in the highest agenda of the history. “Health in All Policies” becomes the goal of the government, which also demonstrates China’s confidence of being a responsible big country.

With health as the ultimate goal, China’s medical and healthcare service system will re-write its principles, rules, efficiency and outcome in a comprehensive manner; at the same time, based on the highest respect for human life, the consensus on the “people-centered ”culture will be reached.

The health industry, with science and technology, innovation, start-up and connectivity as its features, has been booming across everywhere of China covering every field, with the references of other advanced countries.  The theories as well as the practices of promoting and protecting people’s health from various perspective and throughout life course will make up the biological pattern of the health industry which will be rich in contents, reasonable in structure, supportive and producing positive outcome. The fields such as artificial intelligence, robot, big data, internet of things, telemedicine, biologicals, western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine, precision medicine, urban development, aging and well-being industry, health and wellbeing, environment and ecology, and traditional Chinese medicine and food, are all flourishing and showing promising prospects.

Medical and healthcare services, with the characteristics of being diversified, continuous, accessible and quality, based on the public health reform, is expecting the integration of various areas such as regional planning, private hospitals, health management, combination of medical and health care, tiered diagnosis and treatment, coordinated medical service system, discipline development, quality and safety, service improvement, financing and payment, medical services with intelligence, academic translation, precision medicine, prevention and rehabilitation, overseas medicine, etc.

On account of the above situation, the theme of the Summit has been identified as: ecological world, future of wisdom. It will cover 7 components: (1) Shangliang – Conference on Healthcare Investment and Financing; (2) National Conference on Hospitals by Social Capitals; (3) China Medical Innovation Forum & Competition on Transformation of Achievements; (4) 21st Century Hospital CEOs Forum; (5) International Healthcare Quality and Safety Summit & Competition on Quality Management; (6) Healthy China and Industry Development Forum; (7) Shangliang Healthcare International Expo.

CN-Healthcare is the most influential media platform in China to exchange professional information and resources in healthcare. It has gathered the authoritative information and top professionals from China and abroad in the fields of medical services, health industry, investment and financing, start-up and innovation. It has established the top-level platforms to exchange messages, knowledge, human resource as well as the conferences, which cover millions of professional customers. 

Chinese Research Hospital Association was established in 2013, as the first-level national association approved by and registered in China’s Civil Affair’s Ministry. It aims to contribute to the development of China’s research hospitals, guiding the hospitals in the aspects of theoretic research, academic exchange, translational medicine, human resource development, practices. Currently it has set up almost a hundred committees and societies covering the areas of tumor, cardiovascular, digest, orthopedics, medicine with intelligence, big data and private hospitals – to boost medical innovation research in a comprehensive manner. 

As the youngest province in China, Hainan is unique for its ecologic resource, island feature and the economic opening-up status. “Healthy Hainan” is also its development strategy and its prominent name-card. Bo’ao Asian Economic Forum is world famous, and the Bo’ao lecheng medial tourism area is pioneering the world medical innovation. 2008 will witness the 30’s anniversary of the establishment of Hainan’s economic and technology special area, and in this historical moment, Hainan government and Hainan Health and Family Planning Commission will follow the strategy of “Healthy Hainan”, opening up its resources to welcome the visitors from the health facilities of China and abroad for collaborations and cooperation.   

China Alliance on Hospital Quality Management is China’s first academic organization to promote research, training and application on quality management in health facilities. Former Health Minister Huang Jiefu, who is also the president of Hospital Management Research Institute of Qinghua University, CPPCC National Committee member, president of China’s Hospital Association serves as the honorary chairman; and professor Liu Tingfang, senior advisor to the president of  Hospital Management Research Institute of Qinghua University serves as the chairman. It will jointly organize the international Summit on health quality and safety as well as the completion on quality and management with ISqua. 

Chinese Association of Non-Public Healthcare Facilities was established on August 20, 2014.It has been registered in the Ministry of Civil Affairs and is a national, professional and non-profit social organization composed of the licensed non-public health facilities, private and public agencies and individuals on a voluntary basis. It is the first level association at the national level, home to 200,000 non-public health facilities. It will co-host with the Conference host agencies to convene the National Conference on Hospitals by Social Capitals

China’s top health facilities will bring the newest practices on the establishment of modern hospital management system and the transformation of medical innovation. Huaxi Hospital of Sichuan University, Zhongshan Hospital of Fudan University, the third Hospital of Peking University will join the summit as the academic collaborators.

International colleagues from New York-Presbyterian University Hospital, Pittsburgh Medical Center, Houston Methodist Hospital will bring the cutting-edge concepts, practices as well as the cooperation cases with China on hospital management.

Besides, the participating agencies also include the government institutions, professional association, research institutes, universities, companies, financial institutions, overseas agencies which are related to healthcare services, health industries. They will contribute to the Summit as guiding agency, jointly hosting agency, strategic collaboration, academic cooperation, branding cooperation, business cooperation.

The venue of this Summit will be in the permanent meeting venue for Bo’ao Asian Forum. The main venue covers large spaces, with various meeting rooms for conferences, business discussion and exhibition. The environment is unique with beautiful seaside sceneries, attracting many state leaders and world businessmen every year.
